This product is non-compliant with current EU cosmetic regulations. The presence of Butylphenyl Methylpropional (Lilial) is a critical failure. Lilial was reclassified as a CMR 1B substance (Reproductive Toxicity) and has been officially banned under Annex II of the EU Cosmetics Regulation since March 1, 2022. Additionally, Cyclopentasiloxane (D5) is under scrutiny for environmental and health concerns and is subject to wash-off restrictions in the EU. Formulations containing Lilial should not be used. Ensure you are checking for the most recent 'Lilial-free' version of this product if residing in or purchasing from the EU market.
